Chamber to host Municipal Candidate Forum on 10/25

The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a televised Candidate Forum to highlight the upcoming Municipal Election.

The forum is an opportunity for voters to learn more about the candidates seeking election and/or re-election. The event will feature candidates for City Council, followed by candidates for Mayor, who will answer questions from a media panel and the public on various local issues.

The event will be televised live on Atlantic Broadband Channel 26/Comcast Channel 22 and rebroadcast several times prior to Election Day. It will also be available on-demand.

6:30 pm
Meet the Candidates for City Council
All candidates from each Ward have been invited to present their positions on issues. Candidates in contested races will answer questions from a media panel followed by questions taken from the audience or the public.

8:00 pm
Meet the Candidates for Mayor
All candidates for Mayor have been invited to present their positions on issues. They will answer questions from a media panel followed by questions from the audience or the public.

The public is invited to tune in live, or attend in person at City Hall, on October 25, 2021 from 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM EDT.

The Chamber encourages residents and business owners to submit candidate questions to forum@rochesternh.net. Questions can also be called in to (603) 335-7557, during the live event only.
