Images of America: A Tour of Art Through Music

Strafford Wind Symphony performs Images of America: A Tour of Art Through Music at Rochester Opera House, 31 Wakefield Street, Rochester, New Hampshire on Saturday, June 18th at 7:00 pm. The concert will feature musical selections by noted composers Jack Stamp, John Philip Sousa, Robert Sheldon, Samuel Hazo, Brian Balmages, Alice McGinty, Rossano Galante, Samuel Ward, and many more. Artwork being featured in these musical compositions will include Le Cycliste by Gino Severini, Blue and Green Music by Georgia O’Keefe, Aurora Borealis by Michael Creese, West Side Story NYC Painting by Judith Dalozzo, and many more. The program will also present a variety of patriotic music, a tribute to Ukraine, and vocal solos by Miles Burns and Gilda and Zoe Gouin-Pronych.
