Public Hearings scheduled for next City Council meeting on 5/17

Notice is hereby given that the Rochester City Council will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING on Tuesday, May 17 at 6:00pm, in City Hall Council Chambers, relative to the following matter(s):

  • Resolution Pursuant to RSA 34:11-a Discontinuing the History of Rochester Capital Reserve Fund

  • Resolution Authorizing Supplemental Appropriation to the Fiscal Year 2022 Water Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) Fund in the amount of $5,600,000 for the Cocheco Well Improvements 

  • Resolution Authorizing Supplemental Appropriation to the Fiscal Year 2022 General Fund Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) Fund in the amount of $500,000 for Paving Rehabilitation of Winkley Farm Lane, Fiddlehead Lane, and Bickford Road.

Copies of the proposed Resolutions are available in the City Clerk’s Office. Citizens are invited to attend the PUBLIC HEARING(S) and to ask questions or otherwise speak on the foregoing proposal(s). Visit www.rochesternh.net/getinvolved to learn more about how to provide input.
