Rochester manager shares top 10 goals for 2021

By Kyle Stucker – City Manager Blaine Cox has identified the negotiation of a new ambulance contract with Frisbie Memorial Hospital as one of his top 10 goals for fiscal year 2021, along with a number of measures designed to help build the community.

Mayor Caroline McCarley raised the goals for discussion during last week’s City Council workshop, but councilors provided no comment.
