Rochester plans $7M in upgrades to Woodman Park area

The city will seek bids this winter on roughly $7 million worth of improvements to neighborhoods near Woodman Park, as well as the park itself.

The Woodman Area Improvement Project, as outlined to the city’s Planning Board Monday night, will include roadway, sidewalk, water main, sewer main and storm drainage improvements along a variety of streets south of downtown.
