Emergency Services respond to rollover vehicle collision on Milton Road

Published on

On Saturday, February 11th, at approximately 12:30 am, Rochester Police, Fire, and Frisbie EMS responded to a report of a rollover vehicle collision on Milton Road, in the area of the 202 Bypass overpass.

The initial investigation revealed that a GMC pickup truck driven on Milton Road by Kaitlynn Brooks had struck a guardrail, went airborne, struck a concrete support of the overpass, and came to rest back on the roadway.

Brooks was transported to Portsmouth Regional Medical Center for serious but not life-threatening injuries.

The roadway was closed for approximately 30 minutes to address the scene, including confirming that there was no structural damage to the concrete support. The collision remains under investigation, and it appears that impairment may have been a factor.
