Planning Board 8/2/21 Planning Board heard multiple cases for development, including 131 Pickering Road, 68 Farmington Road, 7 Milton Road, 111 Northcoast Drive 99&79 Northcoast Drive, 0 North Main Street.

City Council Meeting 8/3/21 Items included: City Manager’s Report, Election: City Council Ward 2, Seat A, Election: School Board Ward 4, Seat A, Reports and action items of City Council Committees, and several resolution items for accepting grants and authorizing supplemental appropriation.

Police Commission 8/4/21 Agenda items included: Public Comment, Oaths of Office for new officers, Monthly Reports, Other and correspondence.

Codes and Ordinances Committee 8/5/21 Items included: Public Input, Discussion: Ethics Committee & Code and Other.

Zoning Board of Adjustment 8/11/21 The Zoning Board heard several cases for special exceptions and variances for private and commercial businesses.

Full School Board Meeting 8/12/21 Regular meeting of the Rochester School Board – agenda items included Public Comment, Superintendent’s Report and Communications, and Committee Reports. The Superintendents Report includes a presentation and discussion on the 2021-2022 Covid-19 School Reopening plan.

City Council Public Hearing and Workshop 8/17/21 Presentation and Public Hearing Re.  Amendment to Chapter 275 of the General Ordinances of the City of Rochester Related to the Dimensional Standards of Table 19-B. The Workshop included: Public Input, Communications from the City Manager and the Mayor, Presentation: NH Harm Reduction Coalition, Update: 79-E Property Summary, Poll Pad lease proposal for November Municipal Election, Department Reports, and Other.

Public Works and Buildings Committee 8/19/21 Items included: Public Input, Estes Road, DPW Facility Update, RT. 11 Pump Station, American Rescue Plan Act: Infrastructure Project Candidates 6. Portland Street / Katie Lane Drainage, Little Falls / Chestnut Hill Intersection, Colonial Pines Phase 3, FY2022 Sidewalk Improvement Program and Other.
