All City Offices Closed on Monday, January 26, 2026 Due to Predicted Weather Conditions

Due to the anticipated extreme winter weather conditions, all City buildings will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026. Essential services will continue as scheduled.

Shelter plans:

  • The Police Department lobby will remain available.

  • The Fire Chief will determine if an emergency shelter is needed at Rochester Middle School.

  • The Willand Warming Center has been activated for the following dates and times:

Friday, January 23rd: ALL DAY – Monday, 9 AM
Saturday, January 24th: ALL DAY – Monday, 9 AM
Sunday, January 25th: ALL DAY – Monday, 9 AM

The van schedule for the Willand Warming Center is as follows:

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays:

  • Dover Train Station: 5:00–5:15

  • Rochester City Hall: 6:00–6:15

Tuesdays and Thursdays:

  • Rochester City Hall: 6:00–6:10

  • Dover Train Station: 6:45–7:00

Saturdays and Sundays:

  • Dover Train Station: 5:00–5:15

  • Rochester City Hall: 6:00–6:15

All City buildings will reopen for regular business hours on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
