The Rochester Public Library will host “Beating the Winter Blues,” an event focused on seasonal depression and effective methods for managing it, on Thursday, January 30, at 2:00 PM.

Attendees will learn strategies to navigate the challenges of depression and develop life-long tools for emotional resilience. Registration is required and will open soon. Stay tuned for updates at www.rpl.lib.nh.us.
