CDBG and City Funding Applications Now Open for FY25, Non-Profits and City Departments to Apply

Published on

The Community Development Committee is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the 2025 Fiscal Year General City Funds and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. Non-profit organizations and City Departments are encouraged to apply for funding to support their community development initiatives.

In order to express your intent to submit an application, please send an email notification by October 27, 2023, to Kiersten Wright, Community Development Coordinator, at Kiersten.Wright@RochesterNH.gov. The application deadline is set for 4:00 pm on November 17, 2023. Please ensure the application is completed and signed before submission, as late applications may not be considered.

For prospective CDBG applicants unsure about their project’s eligibility for CDBG funding, contact Kiersten Wright with your project narrative. This proactive step will allow time to review eligibility before the October 27, 2023 deadline for submitting a Letter of Intent and provide ample time for finalizing your application before the November deadline.

For additional information or general inquiries regarding the application process, contact Kiersten “Kay” Wright at kiersten.wright@rochesternh.gov or call (603) 335-7519. To access the application forms, visit https://www.rochesternh.gov/community-development-division.

Note: Applications are open from October 4, 2023, to November 17, 2023, in coordination with Dover’s application period.
