Published on

The Community Development Division will begin accepting applications for the 2026 Fiscal Year General City Funds and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program on Tuesday, October 8, 2024.

Applications for both the CDBG Program and General City Funds can be found on the city’s website under “CDBG Program Application” and “General City Fund Application” at Community Development Division | Rochester NH.

Please send an email notification of your intent to submit an application by October 28, 2024. The application deadline is 4:00 p.m. on November 22, 2024. All completed and signed applications must be submitted to the City’s Community Development Coordinator, Kiersten “Kay” Wright, via email at kiersten.wright@rochesternh.gov. Late applications will not be accepted unless approved by the Community Development Coordinator.

If you are applying for CDBG funding under the Public Facilities/Infrastructure or Housing Rehabilitation category, please review the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act Requirements to ensure your agency can comply with the new federal regulations. Information on the BABA Act can be found here: Buy American Act versus Buy American Laws – Fact Sheet.

For any questions or concerns regarding eligibility, please contact Kiersten Wright at kiersten.wright@rochesternh.gov.
