Club Victoire and Granite State Credit Union Donate Supplies to Rochester School District

Published on

The Rochester School District and Superintendent Kyle Repucci would like to express gratitude to Club Victoire and Granite State Credit Union for donating school supplies to Rochester School District schools in advance of the new year.

The Rochester Branch of Granite State Credit Union donated $100 in school supplies to each of the district’s five elementary schools, while Club Victoire, a Rochester social club, raised over $3,000 to buy school supplies for the William Allen School and other schools in the district.

“Our goal is to provide our teachers with some relief for the items that they regularly need and often have to purchase out of pocket,” said Mary Welch, who partnered with Club Victoire to raise the funds.

School supplies that were purchased include pencils, markers, glue sticks, folders, crayons, colored pencils, notebooks, dry erase markers and tissues.

“I want to express our gratitude to both of these organizations for their generous donations of school supplies, which will help ensure every student and classroom in Rochester has what they need to start this school year,” said Superintendent Repucci. “The Rochester community is so supportive of our school system and we could not be more appreciative.”
