Downtown Snow Removal Parking Ban in effect 1/27, starting 10pm

Snow Removal parking ban is in effect as of 10 PM on Friday, January 27, 2023 through 8 AM on Saturday, January 28, 2023 in the areas defined below.

The Department of Public Works will be working on snow removal in the three downtown
areas. The following streets will be affected.

Rochester

  • South Main from Lambert to North Main
  • North Main St. From South Main to Maple Steet
  • Wakefield Street from South Main to Union Street.
  • Portland Street from Columbus Ave to Charles.
  • All of Union Street, Hanson Street, Central Ave, Liberty Street, Granite St. Davyanne Locke Lane, and Charles from Congress St to Woodman St.

Gonic

  • Pickering Road from Colby Street to Railroad Ave. All of Colby Street.
  • Church Street from Pickering Road to rear entrance to Gonic Mill.

East Rochester

  • Portland Street from Green Street to Highland Ave
  • Autumn Street from Highland Ave to Grove Street
