Driver involved with hit-and-run on Milton Road turns himself in

An arrest has been made in the case involving the pedestrian hit-and-run that occurred on Milton Road on June 2, 2023.

The driver, 43-year-old Christopher Robinson of Milton, NH contacted RPD and spoke with detectives. Robinson had not been identified as the driver prior to reaching out to RPD. He had been driving a Ford F150 pick-up truck at the time of the crash.

After speaking with detectives, an arrest warrant was obtained for Robinson for the charge of Conduct After an Accident, a Class B Felony, for having left the scene of an accident that resulted in death or personal injury.

Robinson turned himself in on June 8, 2023. Robinson was released on a $5,000.00 unsecured bond and will be arraigned in Strafford Superior Court on July 13, 2023, at 12:30 PM.
