On Tuesday, October 15, Director of Economic Development Michael Scala presented an update on downtown parking during the City Council Workshop. Scala highlighted the Parking Demand Management Strategy, which addresses increased enforcement, monetization of priority areas, parking permits, winter parking options, improved wayfinding, and more.
