UPDATE: City email services restored

Due to a massive vulnerability in the Microsoft Exchange Server, and out of an abundance of caution, the City of Rochester’s IT Department is shutting down the email server to protect City assets.

All email communications are down until further notice. Please contact respective departments by phone. Many staff voicemailboxes are redirected to email so there is a chance certain messages will not be delivered.

This message will be removed or updated as necessary. We apologize for any inconvenience.

UPDATE: Friday 8:45 am – City staff email has been fully restored.
