In a short ground breaking event on June 30th, Rochester City Mayor Caroline McCarley, City Councilor David Walker, City Councilor Don Hamann, City Manager Blaine Cox and Director of City Services Peter Nourse ceremoniously broke ground for the City’s new facility.
