Local Gastropub Celebrates 10 Years in Downtown Rochester, Thanks Supporters and Staff

This month, Revolution Taproom & Grill, a local gastropub and craft beer bar, is marking its 10th anniversary. Since its launch in 2014, it has become a go-to spot, offering a menu focused on craft beers, bourbon, and fresh, scratch-made dishes.

Owners Mark and Stacey saw the potential of downtown Rochester, opening when gastropubs were not common in the area, and helping to introduce a new dining option to the community.

Over the past decade, Revolution has undergone several changes while maintaining a commitment to a high-quality product. The addition of the lounge and outdoor patio created more spaces for visitors to enjoy. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Revolution pivoted by adding wood-fired Neapolitan pizza, which quickly became a popular takeout choice.

Executive Chef Walter Leffler, who has been with the team for the past five years, brings a wealth of experience from top-rated restaurants across the country, providing the kitchen with both leadership and new ideas.

Looking ahead, Revolution remains committed to offering fresh and unique menu items, while maintaining an atmosphere that has made it such a success so far. For more information about Revolution, visit www.revolutiontaproomandgrill.com.
