NAMI NH to host Suicide Prevention & Awareness event on 9/13

The Rochester Public Library, in collaboration with the National Alliance on Mental Illness New Hampshire (NAMI NH), will host a Suicide Prevention & Awareness event at the Library on Tuesday, September 13th at 6pm.

According to organizers, the event will have two parts:

  1. An educational and informative presentation on how to be a gatekeeper for those in crisis.
  2. A Survivor of Suicide Loss (SOSL) speaker will share a message of hope and healing from suicide loss.

Attendees must be aged 18+. Registration is required. To register for the event, visit the Main Desk at the Rochester Public Library, call (603) 332-1428 ext. 2, or email rpl.info@rochesternh.gov
