Polling Location Change, Supervisors of the Checklist 8/29

The City Clerk would like to remind voters that the WARD 2 polling place has been changed for the upcoming September 8, 2020 State Primary Election for the City of Rochester.

The polling location for WARD 2 has been moved from Saint Mary’s Church, 71 Lowell St, to Chamberlain Street School, 65 Chamberlain Street, Rochester. Further, in accordance with RSA 659:4, and Section 47 of the City Charter – All polling places shall be open from 8:00am to 7:00pm, on said Election Day.

The Supervisors of the Checklist shall be in session on Saturday, August 29, 2020 from 9:00am to 9:30am at City Hall to accept new voter registrations and changes in name/address in preparation for the September 8, 2020 State Primary Election.

Applicants for registrations who possess proof of identity, age, citizenship and domicile should bring that proof when they come to register. Qualified applicants who do not possess proof or who do not bring proof with them may register if they sign an affidavit attesting to their qualifications for identity, age, and citizenship.
