Public Input needed regarding changes to the NH Code of Administrative Rules for Solid Waste Management

The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, Waste Management Division (NHDES) is hosting an online public input session regarding proposed changes to the New Hampshire Code of Administrative Rules for Solid Waste Management, namely, Env-Sw 800, Landfill Requirements, and Env-Sw 1400, Financial Assurance.

This public input session is being held in advance of the formal rulemaking process. Please note that there will be future opportunities to provide public comment during the formal rulemaking process.

The public input session will be held online using GoToWebinar on Monday, March 13, 2023, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. Comments may be submitted in writing to NHDES at any time before April 7, 2023, at 4:00 pm, instead of or in addition to attending and/or providing comments at the public input session.
