An important message from the Department of Public Works:

Recycling toters containing yard waste will not be collected. Drivers have also reported a number of toters containing plastic bags and Styrofoam, which are not accepted in curbside recycling. Please do not place these items in your recycling toter, as containers with prohibited materials may be tagged and left at the curb.
