Published on

Rochester Rec & Arena is excited to announce two Halloween events this October geared toward children and families.

Littles Halloween will be held on Friday, October 25 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am in the Rochester Arena parking lot at 45 Lowell Street. This event is designed for children aged 5 and younger and will feature games, crafts, a play area, Halloween music, and more! Kids are encouraged to dress up in costumes or pajamas—whatever is easiest!

Halloween Movie Night will take place at the Rochester Common on Thursday, October 31. The movie will be the 1975 sci-fi classic Escape to Witch Mountain, a tale of telepathic twins, rated G and perfect for all ages. The event begins at 6:00 pm, with the movie starting at 6:30 pm and running until about 8:00 pm. Attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket or chair, and costumes! The Rochester Common is located at 139 South Main Street, with parking available at the Common and in the Care Pharmacy parking lot on Sawyer Ave.

Both events will be held outdoors and may be canceled in case of inclement weather. For more information, visit Rec.RochesterNH.gov or call (603) 332-4120. Follow the Rec & Arena on Facebook at Rochester NH Recreation & Arena and on Instagram at Rochester_Rec for updates and cancellation notices.
