Police Commission 12/01/21 – Agenda items included: Public Comment, Oath of Office: Officer Khristine Bibeau; Officer Zachary Vatcher; Officer Zachary Masse, Promotion to Sergeant: Spencer Williams-Hurley, Monthly Reports, Correspondence, and a non-public session.

Codes & Ordinances Committee 12/02/21 – Agenda items included: Public Input, Code of Ordinances Review, Amendment to Chapter 254 re. regarding the storage of Recreational vehicles, travel trailers, campers, and boats. Chapter 275-29 of the General Ordinances of the City of Rochester regarding signage.

Planning Board – 12/06/21 – Agenda items included: extension /approved 54 lot subdivision, Site Plan to construct a 6-story residential building with first-floor commercial space and parking garage, Site Plan to install prefabricated fleet storage, New Applications: 2 Lot Subdivision, and Site plan to remove the existing church and build a new 3,700 sf office building.

City Council – 12/07/21 – Agenda items included: Communications from the City Manager, Communications from the Mayor, Reading from Rochester Poet Laureate Ed Pacht, Reports of Committees, Amendment to Chapter 275 of the General Ordinances re. Impact Fees, Resolution re. renumbering Tebbetts Rd, RSA 79-E Extension for 22 South Main Street, 73-77 North Main, consideration for approval, Unsealing of Non-public minutes, and more.

Zoning Board of Adjustment – 12/08/21 – Agenda items included several cases for special exceptions and variances. Please see the agenda or video for further details.

School Board – 12/09/21 – Agenda items included Superintendent’s Report and Communications, Public Comment, Committee Reports – Standing Committees, VI. Committee Reports – Special Committees, Old Business, New Business, Other, and Non-Public.

Public Safety Committee – 12/15/2021 – Agenda Items included: Public Input, Flat Rock Bridge Rd/Salmon Falls Rd, Squamanagonic Gate Discussion, Lowell Street-Signage, Charles Street-Request for “no parking, Tebbetts Road and Blackwater Road Intersection-Safety Concerns, Street-light Hoover St Washington, Columbus Avenue, Central Avenue- Parking, Emergency Management Update and Other.

Public Works and Buildings Committee – 12/16/21 – Agenda items included: Public Input, Cleaning, Sanitary, Baby Wipes- DO NOT FLUSH, ARPA Infrastructure Update, New DPW Update, 45 Old Dover Road – Phase II Environmental Assessment, Stormwater –Long Term Management Program, and Other.
