Senior Activity Center to host Valentine’s Day Celebration on 2/13

The Rochester Senior Activity Center is excited to host the Valentine Warmth & Wellness Gathering on Thursday, February 13, 2025, from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

This event will take place in the Upstairs Activity Room of the James Foley Community Center, located at 150 Wakefield Street, Entrance B, Rochester, NH.

Organized in partnership with the Rochester Mental Health Alliance, Cornerstone VNA, Strafford County Public Health Network, Rochester Fire Department, and Choose Love and Matter of Balance coaches, this special gathering promises an afternoon of fun, support, and education.

Activities Include:

  • Cookie Decorating
  • Gratitude table
  • Senior survey
  • Valentine card making
  • Matter of Balance exercises
  • Safety station and more!
