Flashing Lights and Raised Table Policy Discussion (Chestnut St, Rangeway Dr), Highland Street Eastern Ave, Bernard Rd- Speed, Pickering Rd/ Railroad Ave, Pickering Rd/ Brickyard, Franklin St/ Wentworth St, and several items under Other.
