Application Deadline Approaching for 2027 Fiscal Year General City Funds and CDBG Program

The application deadline for both the CDBG and General City Funding programs is Friday, November 21st, at 4:00 p.m. Applications received after this time will not be accepted, and the agency will not be eligible to apply again until the fall of 2026.

Applications for both programs can be found on the City’s website under “CDBG Program Application” and “General City Fund Application” at www.rochesternh.gov/community-development-division.

Applicants seeking CDBG funding under the Public Facilities/Infrastructure or Housing Rehabilitation categories must review the requirements for construction and/or public facilities projects. Any applicable requirements listed in this section must be met to receive CDBG funding.

For questions regarding eligibility, please contact Kiersten “Kay” Wright at kay.wright@rochesternh.gov.

Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted unless approved by the Community Development Coordinator.
