Applications Open for 2027 General City Funds and CDBG Program

The City’s Community Development Division will begin accepting applications for the 2027 Fiscal Year General City Funds and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program starting Tuesday, October 7, 2025.

Applications for both the CDBG Program and General City Funds are available on the City’s website under “CDBG Program Application” and “General City Fund Application” at Community Development Division | rochesternh.

Applicants are asked to send an email notification of intent to apply by October 27, 2025. The application deadline is 4:00 p.m. on November 21, 2025. All completed and signed applications must be submitted to the City’s Community Development Coordinator, Kiersten “Kay” Wright, via email at kay.wright@rochesternh.gov.

Applicants seeking CDBG funding under the Public Facilities/Infrastructure or Housing Rehabilitation categories must review the requirements for construction and/or public facilities projects. Any applicable requirements listed in this section must be met in order to receive CDBG funding.

Late applications will not be accepted unless approved by the Community Development Coordinator.
