Candidate Filing Closes for Rochester’s 2025 Municipal Election, See Full List of Candidates

The filing period for the 2025 Municipal Election has officially closed. Rochester voters will head to the polls on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, to elect candidates for Mayor, City Council, School Board, Police Commission, and other local offices.

Polling locations will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the following sites:

  • Ward 1: Salmon Falls School, 753 Salmon Falls Road
  • Ward 2: Chamberlain Street School, 65 Chamberlain Street
  • Ward 3: Gonic Elementary School, 10 Railroad Avenue
  • Ward 4: McClelland Elementary School, 59 Brock Street
  • Ward 5: James W. Foley Memorial Community Center, 150 Wakefield Street
  • Ward 6: Elks Lodge #1393, 295 Columbus Avenue

The City Clerk encourages all eligible residents to make a plan to vote. For more information, contact the Clerk’s Office at (603) 332-2130.
