The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce was pleased to conduct a ribbon-cutting ceremony at HBL Insurance on Tuesday, August 25, celebrating its 10th Anniversary in business.
HBL Insurance, located in the Foster’s Daily Democrat building in downtown Dover, is a local, family-owned insurance agency specializing in auto, home, investment properties, recreational vehicles, umbrella, flood, commercial, and life insurance.
