City Council appoints TJ Jean to fill Ward 1 seat B position

On Tuesday, June 1, the Rochester City Council moved to appoint former Mayor TJ Jean to the Ward 1 seat B position, vacated by Doug LaChance. 

Jean has served the City of Rochester in various capacities for several years. He served for six years as the city’s mayor, two years on the school board, two years on the zoning board, and 14 years as chair of the supervisors of the checklist.
