Notice is hereby given that the Rochester City Council will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING on Tuesday, June 16th , 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers in the City Hall, 31 Wakefield Street, Rochester, New Hampshire, regarding the development of the City of Rochester’s FY 2027 CDBG (PY 2026) Annual Action Plan, which is funded through the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD).

There will be a 15% cap for non-construction public services and 20% cap on planning and administration. Projects under preliminary consideration for the FY 2027 Annual Action Plan include but are not limited to: supportive services for homeless youth, adult education services, weatherization of low-income homes, and updates to Cross Roads House Shelter. It is estimated that 70% of public services funding will serve low to moderate income residents and 100% of all CDBG funding will serve low to moderate income residents.

Citizens are invited to attend the above noted PUBLIC HEARING, to be conducted in City Council Chambers in City Hall, 31 Wakefield Street, Rochester, New Hampshire on the date and at the time noted above, and to ask questions and/or to otherwise speak on the proposed Action Plan.
