Notice is hereby given that the Rochester City Council will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall, 31 Wakefield Street, Rochester, NH, relative to the following matter:

Review of the October 20, 2026 water-sewer user rates presentation by Raftelis Consulting relative to Chapter 200-24 and Chapter 260-34: Sewer and Water Rates, Charges, and Fees
