UPDATE: Citywide Trick-or-Treat Moved to Friday, October 31 Due to Thursday Weather

Published on

Due to the forecast on Thursday evening, the City of Rochester will reschedule citywide Trick-or-Treat to Friday, October 31, 2025, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.

According to WMUR, heavy rain is expected on Thursday afternoon and evening. Downpours could lead to some road ponding, and winds may gust 30–35 mph. While a few showers are possible Friday morning, it should be mostly dry by late afternoon. However, residents should be prepared for a chilly breeze throughout the evening.

Parents and guardians are reminded to accompany children door to door whenever possible and encourage motorists to slow down and use extra caution while driving through neighborhoods.
