City of Rochester Announces Delay in Mailing of December 2024 Property Tax Bills

Published on

The December 2024 final property tax bills will be mailed later than usual due to a citywide property revaluation process.

The final property valuation form will be submitted to the Department of Revenue Administration (DRA) during the week of December 9, 2024. Following this, the DRA is expected to set the final tax rate during the week of December 16, 2024.

As a result, property tax bills are tentatively scheduled to be mailed between December 27 and December 31, 2024. Bills will be due 30 days from the mailing date.

Additional updates will be provided as they become available.
