City of Rochester Phone Lines Temporarily Unavailable on 7/10 for Maintenance

On Thursday, July 10, 2025, from approximately 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., the City of Rochester will conduct a planned phone system outage to perform essential maintenance and critical updates.

During this time, all main phone lines will be unavailable. The Police Dispatch Center is fully aware of this maintenance and is coordinating with 911 services to ensure emergency calls are received without interruption.
