City of Rochester: Temporary Disruption in Credit Card Processing

Due to an unforeseen technical issue, the City Clerk, Tax Collector, and Auto Registration Offices are currently unable to accept credit cards as a form of payment. This includes online transactions. Our staff is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Updates will be posted as more information becomes available. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
