In observance of Veterans Day on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, all Municipal Offices, including the Rochester Public Library and Recreation Department, will be closed. Regular hours of operation will resume on Wednesday, November 12. Trash and recycling pick-up will continue as scheduled.
