Due to construction, the Assessor’s office has been temporarily relocated. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience. The public may continue to reach the Assessor’s Office Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm via (603)332-5109 and assessing@rochesternh.net.

PUBLIC OFFICE HOURS (Walk-in)
Located in City Council Chambers at City Hall, 31 Wakefield Street.

  • Monday: 9am to 12pm
  • Thursday: 2:30pm to 4:30pm
