The Department of Public Works located a water main break on the 20” pipeline between Estes Road and 202/Washington Street. Repairs are being made now. The water remains safe to consume but due to the volume of water lost, customers throughout the entire city, particularly along Washington, Brock, Gonic Road, Oak, Estes, Portland, Pickering, Railroad Ave, Old Dover, Juniper, and Lowell may experience cloudy and/or discolored water for the next 24 hours.
