DPW to host Public Informational Meeting for project slated at intersection of Milton Rd./Salmon Falls Rd./Amarosa Dr.

Published on

The City of Rochester has planned a roadway improvement project at the intersection of Milton Road, Salmon Falls Road & Amarosa Drive in Rochester.

The engineering firm Hoyle Tanner & Associates has been selected as the prime consultant to facilitate the design of this project.

The intersection was identified in a corridor traffic study and requires significant improvements to accommodate increased traffic loading and to improve safety.

A public informational meeting will be held at the Rochester Public Works Facility (209 Chestnut Hill Road) on January 25th, 2024, at 7:00 pm. Residents are encouraged to attend. The consultant will be present to provide an overview of the project and display graphical maps of the project area and the conceptual design.

Contact Assistant City Engineer Timothy Goldthwaite at (603) 332-4096 for additional information and general inquiries.
