UPDATE (9:17 AM): The water is back on, and the road will be open shortly. 

The City of Rochester Water Department will perform an emergency water repair on Paradise Drive beginning Monday, July 20, 2026, at 7:00 a.m. Repairs will continue until the work is complete.

During the repair, water service will be temporarily interrupted for customers on Paradise Drive from Vernon Avenue to Salmon Falls Road. Paradise Drive will also be closed from Vernon Avenue to Hampshire Avenue. Local residents and emergency vehicles will continue to have access.

Water service will be restored as soon as repairs are complete. After service is restored, residents may notice temporary discoloration or air in their water. If this occurs, running the cold water tap for several minutes should clear the water.
