Farmers Market seeks to hire new manager for 2022 season

The Rochester Farmers Market is seeking to contract a new Market Manager for the 2022 season. 

The Farmers Market was started in 2016 and features a wide variety of vendors from around the greater Rochester area. The market is open to the public every Tuesday from 3-6pm, June 14 to September 27.

Some Manager responsibilities include overseeing volunteers, creating site layouts, assigning vendor placement, processing SNAP handout bags, counting customers and directing customers to entry, securing a perimeter rope once vendors are set up for the day, coordinating activities and storage with the Recreation Department, and more.
