Governor Sununu removes Russian products from State Liquor & Wine Outlets

In a Facebook post on February 26, Governor Sununu announced that he instructed New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlets to remove Russian spirits, in solidarity with the people of Ukraine.

“This morning I signed an Executive Order instructing New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlets outlets to begin removing Russian-made and Russian-branded spirits from our liquor and wine outlets until further notice,” said Sununu. “New Hampshire stands with the people of Ukraine in their fight for freedom.”

As stated in the Executive Order, “New Hampshire recognizes that economic support of Russian enterprises implies a contradictory message to the Ukrainian people. The Granite State will take whatever measures to support the people of Ukraine and oppose the unprovoked attack.”
