The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce was pleased to hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Lou’s Pastry in celebration of the bakery’s first anniversary. The ceremony took place on August 26^th, 2026, at 11:00 AM at 185 Wakefield Street in Rochester, NH.

Lou’s Pastry is proud to celebrate one year of serving the Rochester community and surrounding areas, carrying on four generations of baking excellence. Over the past year, the bakery has been honored to welcome back so many familiar faces while also building wonderful new relationships throughout the community.

“Each customer, conversation, kind word, and expression of enthusiasm has meant so much to us”, said Owner Patrick Sbrizza. “Thank you for making our family’s heritage part of your families’ traditions. We are excited for what the future holds and look forward to continuing to be a part of this community for many years to come.”

Lou’s Pastry offers scratch-baked pastries, breads, and other baked goods, continuing a long-standing family tradition.
