Library to host ‘Calming Stress: Herbs and Lifestyle’ on 4/17

The Rochester Public Library is pleased to announce Calming Stress: Herbs and Lifestyle, an event scheduled for Monday, April 17th at 5:30 PM in the Community Room.

Attendees will explore herbs that can calm nerves and strengthen resilience from stress or help them sleep, while also learning techniques to relieve stress and promote sleep.

Rivka Schwartz, a health practitioner and herbalist, will be demonstrating how to make herbal infusions and decoctions. Additionally, attendees will receive recipes and an herb sample to take home.
