Rochester Grange #86 is pleased to announce its 14th annual collection drive for the Home for Now shelter, now a program of the Community Action Partnership of Strafford County (CAPSC).

This year’s event will take place on Saturday, September 21, 2024, from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm at the Rochester Grange Hall, located at 21 Charles Street, Rochester, NH. The collection seeks essential donations including non-perishable food items, household supplies, hygiene products, and more.

Items needed include full and twin mattress protectors, hand towels, brooms, paper towels, hygiene items like children’s toothpaste, baby shampoo, and deodorant, as well as art supplies for kids, such as finger paints and stickers. Gift cards from Lowe’s, Home Depot, or Walmart are also greatly appreciated. For a complete wish list, contact CAPSC at (603) 435-2500 or visit www.straffordcap.org.

“The community of Rochester has provided needed resources to this event over past years and we hope to continue helping our community,” said Lois Enman, Grange Officer.
