Rochester Main Street to host a Pumpkin Patch in Central Square on 10/7

Published on

On Saturday, October 7th, Rochester Main Street will be hosting a Pumpkin Patch event in Central Square from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Organizers invite children and families to decorate pumpkins with various stickers and markers. The pumpkins and supplies are free while supplies last. In addition, Main Street volunteers will be accepting Halloween costume donations to be donated to SCARE NH, an organization dedicated to providing trick-or-treat costumes for families in need.

According to RMS president Jeff Bisson, the Main Street board of directors decided that the organization should “lean into Halloween” as no other local community does, stating “With a long history of the Zombie Walk and Trick-or-Treat on the Town, we are hoping to grow that excitement for Halloween with other small events throughout the month.”
