Rochester Mental Health Alliance Announces Winter and Spring Community Wellness Events

Published on

The Rochester Mental Health Alliance is inviting community members to take part in several upcoming events focused on connection, education, and seasonal fun.

From the 2nd Annual Valentine Warmth & Wellness Gathering on February 20, offering activities like chair yoga, gratitude sharing, and safety resources, to a series of Suicide Prevention Trainings held across the Tri-City area this winter and spring, participants will find meaningful opportunities to support personal and community well-being.

In April, the Alliance will also host the spirited “Tell Winter to Fly Away” Chili and Wing Cook Off fundraiser, bringing neighbors together for friendly competition while raising support for local mental health initiatives.

All are welcome to attend, learn, and celebrate community wellness.
