City Council – 9/7/21 Agenda items included City Manager’s Report, Communications from the Mayor, Nominations, Appointments, Resignations, and Elections, Reports of Council Committees (includes action items – resolutions and recommendations), New Business – several resolutions re. funding and other action items.

Zoning Board of Adjustment – 9/8/21 Agenda included cases/applications re. variance, special exception, and administrative decision appeal. Please see the agenda or video for details.

Rochester School Board – 9/9/21 Agenda items included Public Comment, Superintendent’s Report and Communications, and Committee Reports. Covid-19/mask discussion and action under “Other”.

Planning Board – 9/13/21 Agenda items included Consent Agenda: 5-Lot subdivision, Continued Applications – Site plan to construct three restaurants, associated parking and drainage, New Applications: 5-Lot Subdivision, 3-Lot Public Hearing and Modification to Approved Project.

Finance Committee – 9/14/21 Agenda items included:  Public Input, Public Works-Construction Inspector-PAB Recommendation, American Rescue Plan Act-Draft Project Proposals, Reports from Finance & Administration, Monthly Financial Report Summary-August.

Public Safety Committee – 9/15/21 Agenda items included: Public Input, Flat Rock Bridge Road/Salmon Falls Road, Crosswalk Request Linscott Court, Ten Rod Road U-Turn Update, Four Rod Road-Change Speed Limit, Salmon Falls Road-Speed Limit Sign Request, E911 Update,  Emergency Management Update, and several items under “Other”.

Public Works and Buildings Committee – 9/16/21 Agenda items included: Public Input, DPW Facility Update, RT 202A Water Main Extension Project Update, and Other.

Planning Board – 9/20/21 Agenda items included: NH Coastal Adaptation Workgroup (CAW), Path to Resilience project, Public comment, Granite Ridge Development District TIF presentation, Discussion regarding Highfield Commons, Discussion re. building height requirements Downtown Commercial zone, Review of August 2021 surety, Other Business.

City Council – 9/21/21 Public Hearing and Workshop – Re. Proposed Charter Amendments/November 2021 Ballot, Acceptance of $1,296,285.00 of Additional State Education Adequacy Aid. City Council Workshop agenda items included Public Input, Communications from the City Manager and the Mayor, Update: E911 Recommendations for Tebbetts Road, Department Reports, Other and Non-Public session.
